Who we are
Crius Consulting is a Salesforce consultancy based in New Zealand. If you've got a question about this statement or about any information we hold on you, email hello@crius.co.nz.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you choose to give it — it's optional)
- Your company name
- Whatever you write in the message field
Our website uses a small number of cookies to serve the page and to give us basic visitor analytics (page views, rough location by country, device type). We don't run any third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you. If you've asked about Salesforce work, we'll follow up about that — nothing else. We don't use your contact details for marketing unless you explicitly opt in somewhere else.
Where it's stored
Your enquiry lands in our CRM, which stores data within the Asia-Pacific region. We don't sell or share your information with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries for as long as we have a live relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) if you think we've mishandled your information

Changes to this statement
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top.
